User / Member / You – means any natural person registered on cuplioo.com, who accesses, uses or interacts with the services and content of the platform, regardless of whether they use the free or paid version. Account – represents the personal profile created by the user to access the cuplioo services. It includes personal information, contact details, preferences, photos, interactions and individual settings. Services – refers to all functionalities offered by Cuplio, including but not limited to: creating and customizing a profile, searching for and viewing other members, matchmaking systems, private messaging, premium subscriptions, credit packages and automated options based on algorithms. User-generated content – represents any information, text, image, video, message or other form of content uploaded, published, transmitted or distributed on the platform by a user. Credits – purchasable virtual units that allow additional actions to be performed on the platform, such as sending special messages, gifts, highlighting the profile, etc. Subscription – a recurring paid plan that allows access to advanced or privileged functionalities, for a determined period (e.g. monthly, quarterly), with the possibility of automatic renewal. Platform operator – the legal entity that owns, manages and is legally responsible for cuplioo.com, whose identification data is specified in the contact section and in the legal policies of the site.

Access to and use of cuplioo.com services is subject to compliance with certain eligibility criteria. By creating an account and using the platform, you represent and warrant the following:

2.1 Minimum age - You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and are of full legal capacity according to the legislation of your country of residence. The cuplioo platform is not intended for minors, and any account created by a person under the minimum legal age will be deleted as soon as this violation is discovered.

2.2 Personal status - You use the platform in your own name, as a natural person. Creating an account in the name of another person, under a false identity or impersonating a third party is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts or the simultaneous use of multiple accounts by the same person, regardless of purpose, is not allowed.

2.3 Intent of use - You use cuplioo exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, with the intention of interacting and communicating with other users in an authentic and respectful manner. It is prohibited to use the platform for recruitment, promotion of products/services, affiliate marketing, phishing, fraud or data collection for commercial purposes.

2.4 Compliance with the Terms - You agree to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all ancillary site policies (e.g. Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy). We reserve the right to deny access or suspend/close accounts that violate the eligibility criteria, without the obligation of prior justification.

To benefit from cuplioo.com services, the user must create a personal account and provide correct, complete and updated information.

3.1 Registration - Creating an account involves filling out a registration form with information such as: valid email address, password, age, gender, location and other profile details. The user guarantees that all information provided at the time of registration is real, accurate and current. Any false statements may lead to the suspension or closure of the account.

3.2 Authentication data and security - It is the exclusive responsibility of the user to keep the confidentiality of the authentication data (email, password) and not to disclose them to third parties. cuplioo is not responsible for unauthorized access to the account caused by the loss, theft or negligent use of the access data. If you suspect unauthorized use of the account, please contact us urgently at support@cuplioo.com.

3.3 Updating information - The user is obliged to periodically update the information in the account to reflect reality (e.g. relationship status, age, preferences). cuplioo reserves the right to request additional proof of identity in case of suspicion of abuse or fraud.

3.4 Profile photos - Photos uploaded to the account must comply with the platform's criteria: to be clear, decent, real and not contain nudity, violence, political symbols or third parties without their consent. cuplioo reserves the right to delete photos that violate these rules, without prior notice.

3.5 Account deletion or suspension - The user can close the account at any time, through the option available in the account settings. cuplioo reserves the right to suspend or delete an account that violates the Terms and Conditions, without the obligation to refund the subscription or unused credits.

Using cuplioo.com implies a mutual commitment of respect, safety and good faith. In order to maintain an authentic and civilized community, users undertake to respect the following rules of conduct:

4.1 Mutual Respect - Any abusive, insulting, offensive or harassing behavior is prohibited, whether expressed through messages, images, reactions or other forms of interaction. Hate speech, racism, misogyny, homophobia or any form of discrimination is not tolerated on the platform. Respect the boundaries of other users and do not insist on continuing conversations if you have been clearly told that interaction is not desired.

4.2 Permitted Content - You may not post, upload, send or distribute content that is unlawful, vulgar, pornographic, threatening, violent, defamatory or that violates the copyright or privacy of others. Sending sexually explicit material, soliciting sexual acts or offering escort services, sugar dating or any form of interaction for financial purposes is prohibited.

4.3 Data Protection and Privacy - Do not disclose personal data (e.g. phone number, address, workplace, banking information) in your public profile or in indiscriminate conversations. It is prohibited to collect information about other users or use automated software or scripts to extract data from the platform.

4.4 Prohibition of commercial activity - The cuplioo platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The promotion or sale of products, services, social media pages, affiliate programs, applications, third-party sites or marketing campaigns is prohibited.

4.5 Safety in offline interactions - If you decide to meet other users in person, do so with caution and at your own risk. cuplioo does not check the criminal record or real identity of users and does not assume responsibility for offline meetings. We recommend choosing public places, informing a friend, and avoiding excessive alcohol consumption or sharing sensitive information on the first date.

4.6 Reporting Abusive Behavior - We encourage you to report any user who violates these rules, using the options in the application or by contacting the support team at support@cuplioo.com. cuplioo will analyze reports objectively and reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that endanger the safety of the community.

All elements of cuplioo.com are protected by international copyright, trademark, design and other intellectual property rights.

5.1 Platform Content - Except for user-generated content, all text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, videos, source codes, functionalities and other materials available on the site are the exclusive property of cuplioo or are used under license by the platform operator. These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other applicable international laws.

5.2 Limitations on Use - The User agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, resell, publicly display, reverse-engineer, translate, transmit or otherwise use any part of the platform without the prior written consent of Cuplio. The creation of derivative works or the use of the content of the site for commercial or redistribution purposes is prohibited.

5.3 User-Generated Content - By posting or uploading content (texts, images, messages, etc.) within cuplioo.com, the user guarantees that: He/She owns all legal rights to the content or has permission to use it. The content does not infringe the rights of any third party. He/She grants cuplioo a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce and distribute this content for operational purposes and to promote the platform's services.

5.4 Trademark Protection - The cuplioo name, the cuplioo logo and any other names or visual symbols of the platform are protected trademarks and may not be used without the written consent of the owner. Any infringement of trademark rights may result in legal action in accordance with applicable law.

cuplioo.com offers access to some of the services for free, but to benefit from additional functionalities, users can opt for premium subscriptions or credit packages.

6.1. Premium Subscriptions - There are two types of subscriptions available, each with different benefits, clearly presented in the Subscriptions section of the site. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period (month), and the amount will be automatically withdrawn from the payment method associated with the account. The user can cancel the automatic renewal at any time from his account, but the cancellation must be made at least one day before the renewal date, to avoid being charged for the next period. Amounts already paid are not refundable, except in situations provided by law.

6.2 Credit Packages - In parallel with subscriptions, users can purchase credit packages, which can be used for various actions on the site (e.g. sending virtual gifts, special messages, extended views, etc.). Credits have no expiration date and remain available in the account until fully used. Credit packages are purchased separately and are not automatically included in premium subscriptions.

6.3 Payment Methods - Payments can be made through the methods displayed on the site (bank card, authorized processors, etc.). All transactions are secured and processed according to financial data protection standards.

7.7 Minors - cuplioo.com is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have accidentally collected such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

cuplioo.com makes constant efforts to provide a secure, functional and available service, but users understand and accept the following limitations of legal liability on the part of the platform operator.

8.1 Platform Functionality - cuplioo.com does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation, without errors or technical malfunctions of the site or application. Occasionally, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical updates, server problems or external factors beyond our control. cuplioo.com assumes no responsibility for any data loss, delays in processing requests, messages sent but not saved, or any other technical malfunction.

8.2 Interactions between Users - cuplioo acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections and interactions between users. We do not monitor, validate or guarantee the authenticity of the information entered by users in their profiles. Users are entirely responsible for the content they publish, for their online behavior and for their decisions to interact or meet in real life with other members. cuplioo does not guarantee perfect match, compatibility or success in establishing a personal relationship. The matching algorithms are provided as support, not as a promise of a successful relationship.

8.3 Liability for Content - cuplioo is not liable for user-generated content, including messages, photos, descriptions or other materials distributed on the platform. To the extent that it is informed of abusive, illegal or infringing content, cuplioo reserves the right to delete such content and/or suspend the accounts involved, without prior notice.

8.4 Liability for Damages - cuplioo is not responsible for any direct, indirect, material, moral or other damage that may result from: the use of the platform or the inability to use it; personal decisions made based on information displayed by other users; offline meetings, conflicts or incidents arising from interactions facilitated by Cuplio; financial losses resulting from scams, fraud or deceptive intentions of other members. Users are advised to act with caution and discernment in all interactions, especially when deciding to transfer the conversation outside the platform or to meet face to face.

8.5 Third Parties and External Links - cuplioo may occasionally include links to third party sites or services. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external sites. Access to these links is at the sole risk of the user.

8.6 Disclaimer of Warranty - The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty regarding quality, availability, content or performance. cuplioo does not guarantee that: The Services will meet all user expectations. All errors will be corrected immediately. The Platform is completely free of viruses or other harmful components (although reasonable security measures are taken).

8.7 Use of AI Technology and Automatically Generated Content - cuplioo may integrate automated functions based on algorithms or artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the user experience, including but not limited to: profile suggestions, description completion, automatic message generation or compatibility assessment. These functionalities are provided for informational and indicative purposes. cuplioo does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or authenticity of automatically generated results. The user remains entirely responsible for reviewing, accepting or sending automatically generated content on his/her behalf. cuplioo assumes no liability for errors, inconsistencies, misinterpretations or direct or indirect damages caused by the use of these automated functions.

cuplioo.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the accounts of users who violate the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, affect the experience of other members or endanger the security and integrity of the platform.

9.1 Account Suspension by cuplioo - An account may be temporarily suspended or restricted in the following situations: Breach of the rules of conduct set forth in the Terms and Conditions (e.g. abusive behavior, offensive content, financial requests, harassment, etc.). Detection of suspicious activities, attempted fraud, account cloning or unauthorized use of the identity of other persons. Abusive use of the services, such as excessive sending of unsolicited messages, spam or attempts at commercial promotion. Multiple or justified complaints from other members of the cuplioo community. Suspension is a temporary measure and may be followed by an internal review. During the suspension, access to the account is limited, and the user will be informed by email of the reasons.

9.2 Permanent Account Closure by cuplioo - cuplioo reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases: Repeated violations, despite previous warnings. Discovery of clear evidence of fraud, deception, dangerous behavior or malicious intent. Creating fake accounts, impersonating other people or attempting to circumvent the platform's policies. Using automated techniques (bots, scrapers, macros, etc.) to interact with other users. Closing the account entails the loss of access to all data, active subscriptions and unused credits, without the right to reimbursement, except in cases provided by law.

9.3 Voluntary Closure by the User - The User has the right to delete his/her account at any time, from the "Account Settings" section or by sending a written request to: support@cuplioo.com. Account deletion is irreversible, and all personal data, interactions and history will be permanently deleted or anonymized, within a reasonable period of time according to the Privacy Policy. In the event of account deletion, active subscriptions will not be refunded, and unused credits will be lost.

9.4 Account Reactivation - In some cases, users may request the reactivation of a suspended account through a justified call to the support team. cuplioo reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject such requests, depending on the severity of the violations and the account history.

cuplioo.com reserves the right to update, modify or replace, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, depending on the evolution of the services, applicable legislation or internal policies.

10.1 Notification of Changes - Any essential changes will be communicated to users through informative banners on the site. The user is responsible for periodically checking this section to inform himself about the most recent version of the terms.

10.2 Effective Date - The changes shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the site, unless otherwise stated. Continuing to use the platform after the new terms come into force constitutes acceptance of them by the user.

10.3 Right to Reject the New Terms - If the user does not agree with the changes made, he has the right to cease using the services and close his account, according to the procedure provided in point 9.3. Continued use of cuplioo.com, after notification of the changes, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the new provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable law in the European Union and, subsidiary, with the national law of the member state in which the operator of the cuplioo.com platform has its legal headquarters.

11.1 Dispute Resolution - Any dispute arising between cuplioo and a user will be resolved amicably, within 30 calendar days of receipt of a written notification. If an amicable agreement is not reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state in which the cuplioo operator has its legal headquarters, in compliance with European consumer protection rules and relevant cross-border provisions.

11.2 Consumers from the European Union - If you are a consumer from the European Union, you have the right to resort to alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR) mechanisms, in particular the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11.3 UK Consumers - If you are a UK consumer, any dispute will be resolved in accordance with applicable UK law and the competent UK courts will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by local consumer protection law. UK consumers may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services officially recognised in the UK.
